LYO 2006
The Convention is the highest governing body of the LYO,
held in between the two weeks of the youth gathering every three years. The LYO Convention is a place for youth voting delegates from each synod to engage in dialogue about the church and other critical issues and make strategic decisions for the next three years of the organization. It is important that youth from all across the ELCA be present at the LYO Convention and lift their voices as leaders in the church.
